  1. Cone Weave: Set up a line of cones and weave in and out as quickly as possible. This drill helps improve your ability to change direction while maintaining control of the ball.
  2. T-Drill: Set up four cones in a T shape. Sprint forward to the middle cone, side shuffle to the left cone, shuffle right to the far cone, shuffle left back to the middle cone, and then backpedal to the starting cone. This drill enhances lateral movement and quick changes of direction.
  3. Box Drill: Set up four cones in a square. Start at one cone, sprint to the next, side shuffle to the third cone, backpedal to the fourth cone, and then side shuffle back to the start. This drill works on forward, backward, and lateral movements.
  4. Figure Eight Drill: Set up two cones about 5-10 yards apart. Dribble the ball in a figure-eight pattern around the cones, focusing on quick turns and maintaining control of the ball.
  5. 180-Degree Turns: Dribble towards a cone, perform a quick 180-degree turn, and then sprint back to the start. This drill helps improve quick turns and explosive speed.
  6. Zig-Zag Drill: Set up a series of cones in a zig-zag pattern. Dribble the ball through the cones, making sharp cuts at each cone. This drill enhances change of direction while dribbling.
